The Comet to mark the Millenium

These pictures of Hale-Bopp were all taken over a period of about a week and show it's apperence with various 35mm camera lenses. They were all taken with the Astro-Tracker described in a seperate section but could have been taken with just a basic tripod and camera set to "B" and triggered with a cable release. All exposures were between 2 and 5 minutes with each lens at one stop less than maximum aperture i.e approx f4.5 except for the 500mm which is fixed at f8.
